Jericho and Neilsens: Too little too late?

In the online CNBC. com edition today, an article about Nielsen's and Social Networking - and how neat is it that even fans of Cadburys Wispa were able to use facebook to save thier candy, and Cadbury listened to the 14,000 people!

The article says that this type of fan reaction is exactly the reason why they now have "Hey! Nielsen", I say too little too late Nielsen. And of course, Jericho is mentioned in the article as well!
