Advertisment in the Lexington Herald Leader - Update

Well, I heard back from the Advertisement Department at The Lexington Herald Leader, actually they got back to me in record time!
Here is the reply I received:

Good Afternoon Lisa,

My apologies for the delay in getting the information requested to you.

Our entertainment section runs on Friday and is called the Weekender, a full page in this tabloid costs: $6,045, size of the ad would be 5 columns wide – (10.5 inches) by 13” deep, rate is $93. pci

Another viewer oriented option would be our TV Book which runs on Sundays. In this product - strip ads are offered dimensions are 5 columns (10.5”) x 2” deep, $300.00 – how’s that for a bargain.

Now, there is no way I can get 6,000.00 for a full page ad, unless money starts raining on me :-) but I do think that the smaller version at 300.00 is doable, if anyone who is from Kentucky wants to help out or help to find a way to accomplish this deal, because as Chriss says that is one heck of a deal!
