The most perfect gift was given to mankind on this day, one which I am not shy to say I am thankful I have been given.
When you look around you and the things that inhabit this planet, this Bleeding Heart flower, the Nautilus( did you know that its exactly 15 degree between each section in the Nautilus shell? True indeed, and how wonderful. This is not the only animal or ogranic thing in our world that displays such wonderful exciting details. Just take a few Genetics and Biology courses and you will hear about millions of animals and plants that hold awesome discoveries.

Have you ever looked into a drop of water on a leaf after a good rainfall? You can see forever. Have you ever sat outside on a summers night in the desert and viewed millions upon millions of stars? Each its own place in the universe, each has wonders we can not conceive.

All this, and life. Children, puppies and kitties. Sunrises and Sunsets. Colored clouds after a storm and the northern lights, have you been lucky enough to see them? Grass that smells so sweet right after its cut. Your kids laughing at some silly thing, sounding like the most beautiful bells of glory. Your child's face after they have just been born, the smell of their hair.

A phone call from a friend so far away in the north, just to say hello to you. Cookies right from the oven. Your mom and dad and sisters and brothers. A really really good belly laugh. A great chick flick.

These things and so many more are what the gift , the promise have given me. He hung on a cross so that one day I can be in Heaven, He paid for my sins with His precious blood.
