Ever wish you could just have a total make over?

The idea of being able to do a complete 'redo' on my looks really appeals to me. I watch those makeover shows and wonder if I have it in my to actually do the surgeries they show, ugg all that blood, all those bruises. Could I actually do it? I am not sure, but I know I wish I could.
