Warner Brothers Sues CBS over losses from Two and A Half Men

I think this has gotten to the point where a rock can sue a river. Apparently Warner Brothers Television wants it's money back, amounting to almost $70 million in pocket change. Apparently Warner and the Eye had an agreement to "recoup" losses of $49 million worth of incentives. What I would like to know is why Warner had to go all the way down Court House Road in order to get this taken care of? Can it be CBS may be down on it's luck? Should we begin a Donation bucket for CBS?

Oh and gotta love the comment made by Chris Ender, Senior VP of Communication at CBS ~

"Chris Ender, CBS' senior vice president of communications, issued a season-themed statement: "Wow, I wonder what they got the other networks for Christmas."
