Another day Complete and I survived again.

Okay my friends, I made it through another day. Today was a peach of a day, and I threw my share of s**t fits through out the day.BUT I did not kill anyone, so that is something, right?

I have been thinking today about how to get my mind to turn off at night, instead of laying in bed thinking about my problems. So far, I have not figured out what to do, other than to worry the problems like a dog with an old shoe.

How do others do it, turn the round and round off?
One of my ways of dealing in the day light is to constantly come here and seek new photos of home. It helps some.

I am sure I am not the only one who has this issue, and I have been told that concentrating on others is a huge help in ignoring what is wrong in your own life. I just have to remember how much richness I have in my life in the way of friends and family. In those two areas I am truly blessed.
