Well the station that now stands in for my favorite all time Station (98.5 KOME) is KUFX, which also sits at 98.5 on the band. And since I am on the net, I have two options to listen, either the normal streaming which is fine, or I can choose the HD (High Definition) Stream.
So I wondered exactly what is HD Digital Radio, and found the HD Radio website which outlines the whole thing for us.
I was reading it as I was listening to the HD stream for KFOX, and boy I have to tell you ... the music was crystal clear. Sounds silly but I feel this is the way Music was meant to be heard.
With HD Radio, you can even have iTunes Tagging! You know when you hear a song, and want to remember to get it later, but forget the song? Well, with HD Radio you can do iPod tagging which will let you tag the song when you hear it, and then buy it later! This is the service for me, I always want the song and then forget about it later on.

Anyway, for those who want this into their homes or cars that are not connected to the computer they will need a HD Radio Receiver.
