The following is very important information concerning the Welcome Home To Jericho Live Auction:

WHTJ LIVE AUCTION

SATURDAY, APRIL 25, 2009

MANDATORY PRE-REGISTRATION

For those NON-ATTENDEES interested in participating in the online portion of the live auction planned at the Welcome Home To Jericho Charity Event.

The auction will be conducted through WebEx, a web based online meeting room. While those not at the event participate on-line, those at the event will be in one room viewing your real-time participation as it is projected on a wall sized screen.

You in return will be able to view their participation in the lower right hand corner of webex via a live cam feed. The two groups will be participating at once, interactively and with complete, real-time knowledge of what the other is doing.

As each item comes up for bid, a picture will be posted in your on-line room, and it will be displayed live to you through the cam feed.

A test period will be set up so you can work out the kinks before hand, and a preview of the items for auction will be posted and added to as items are added to the inventory, some just moments before the auction starts.

More "during the auction rules" will be posted by tonight.

For now, we are asking you to complete and submit the on-line auction registration form if you are planning on participating.

No link will be available as this auction will be by EMAIL INVITATION ONLY.

In order to be put on the list to be invited, we must have all the information on the form as soon as possible.

Please only register here if you are not attending the event and if you are intending on bidding. There will be another room set up to view and hear the auction and chat with others for those not bidding.
