Where to get High Def Television at good prices

Direct TV is fast becoming one of the most economical means of getting High Def TV. They offer a huge deal in channels which costs far less than many of the cable companies we have as an option today. You can even get the movie channels like HBO and Showtime and right now they are advertising a deal on them as well.

I had DirectTV and the only problem I ever had was that when storms came we would lose reception but that was probably due more to my being so close to the woods than an issue with DirectTV. They offer DVR which in our world of rush rush has become a very important tool for the family. The current deal being offered on Directtv.com is for 150 channels at the cost of $34.99 per month. That undercuts my costs on my cable provider by almost 50.00 per month!

I really loved being able to choose which Network channels you could get, and would always choose both a local set and a set of network channels from California! Helped a bit with homesickness :-) They offer 6 different program plans to choose from and even the highest cost plan that has 265 channels still comes in just a few dollars over $50.00!

I wish they would figure out how to offer Internet then I could justify switching back.
