3/15/09 ~ Poor Lindsay...wanted by Police ....... AGAIN

As a result of a DUI in 2007 Lindsay Lohan has been serving a three year probationary sentence but now... the LA Police would like a word with her and have issued a Arrest Warrant. Lindsay's lawyer states this is the result of a misunderstanding and that this can all be cleared up this week.

Misunderstanding? I say, two DUIs and she is still walking free? Not the treatment the regular folks would get.

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. -- Lindsay Lohan is wanted by the Beverly Hills Police Department in connection with a 2007 DUI, Access Hollywood has learned.

According to the Associated Press, a warrant was issued for the star's arrest on Friday. Police Sargeant Mike Foxen told the AP on Saturday that the police had not yet been in touch with Lindsay.

Lindsay's rep and lawyer were not immediately available when reached by Access.

CNS reported on Saturday that the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office has confirmed a hearing "regarding a possible parole violation" has been scheduled at the Beverly Hills Courthouse on Monday at 8:30 AM.

The actress is serving out a three-year probation after pleading no contest to two charges of DUI and plead guilty to two charges of being under the influence of a controlled substance and reckless driving, and could go to jail if she were to violate any of its terms.

I think if these young Hollywood artists would spend some time reflecting on how blessed their lives are, they would spend less time trying to screw them up.
