It is a light looking mean with a easy to follow recipe and the ingredients are very easy to buy in your local Grocery Store, the only specialty item to be purchased is Prepared Veal Stock!
This recipe is also good for those who are trying to get more Fish into their weekly diets. Fish provides important Omega Fatty Oils, which are good for your heart and body. I also love that this recipe has you make your own tacos! How neat, my kids will love this and it makes it easier to try new recipe's if they can participate in the construction of the meal.
