New player in the Jericho Game ~ Jennings and Rall Web Site

In these difficult times lay challenges for all North Americans seeking to safeguard the areas left destroyed and to rebuild our great Nation. Beginning with the Cheyenne Government, Jennings and Rall is leading the charge to resurrect this great country whose cities lay in waste, and whose populous yearn for a return to the America that we remember. We are here to help, build and lead - wherever that may take us.

The words above, are taken from the Introduction page on Jennings and Rall.com, a new and very mysterious website that has cropped up. Now I hate to think that I have missed this site since March of this year, but either this a dummy post date meant to through us off the trail of whom ever it was that constructed this page, or I need to learn to expand my research to include every name used in Jericho.
