Casus Belli and One if By Land

April 25th
whew, tonight's show was a show! For the first time in a long time, I was sorry to see it was 9! What about everyone else? Does this mean Jericho is going out with a bang? Is the show really being put on the shelf, I can not believe that the powers at CBS cant see how many fans there are out in TV land!
So, I wanted to see what was being said over at the Official Wiki and website by the fans -
I see that many like myself were really upset that they killed Heather off like that, no fair well to Jake or to the fans. That was letting the ball drop.
AND everyone agrees, this was the best episode yet! Many were happy to see that the soap opera stuff was stopped in favor of the kind of actions and behaviors one would see if this had really happened.
And to keep our spirits up with hope, its being reported (as rumor) that CBS has made it seem a second season may in fact be coming our way, so I read the first report of said rumor ( see link above) and then went in search of any recent news concerning the show; here is what I found so far tonight -

Now on to my views of tonight's episode - One if By Land
Wow, as I said in the beginning of this post, just plain wow. Did the writers listen to the fans or what? Here is what some fans were saying during and after tonight's show . As for me, my likes and did not likes list -
cant say there were any parts of tonight's show that I did not like - the episode went way to fast for my liking, and that is a long time in coming.
My likes -Everything!!!!
The way Hawkins handled the situation was spot on. * yes, i recall how many times I have said I did not trust him, he was a bad guy, I take it all back* He was fast thinking, and probably saved the four from certain death. I wonder what he will do to the leader of New Bern when this all plays out? I mean that man has to pay for what he was trying to do. During the previews, we see the townsfolk of Jericho being told to get under ground , so its pretty certain that New Bern is going to be on the attack. Will we see the end of Jericho or the beginning of season two? For what it is worth - The CBS leaders and power brokers had better be making new episodes, because we the fans are not done with this story yet. Two more to go, and they will be the best ever.
I will put the countdown video for both this week and last week here tomorrow. I was abscent last week due to putting Microsoft out of my PC and loading up Ubuntu Linux, and let me tell you I am so happy now!
